ISO 22000
Food safety management systems:
Primex seeks to ensure safety of the production and the quality of the product. This is accomplished by incorporating and maintaining an active quality managements system for all segments of operations.
Primex's quality management system 
is certified. In April 2010, Dansk Standard (DS) granted Primex certification that its quality management system complies with the requirements of the ISO 22000:2005 standard.
The ISO 22000 international standard specifies the requirements for a food safety management system that involves the following elements:
- Interactive communication.
- System management.
- Control of food safety hazards through pre-requisite programes and HACCP plans.
- Continual improvements and updates of the food safety system.
